Entrance Requirements
Enrollment in a diploma program requires successful completion of Grade 12 (or equivalent). Special entry provisions may be available for mature students with industry experience.

If English is not your first language, an English proficiency at a minimum of TOEFL 525 for a diploma level program is required. Students may be required to undertake an English language entry examination prior to entering a diploma program.

Getting Started
Once you have completed your application, please return it to ICC with a certified copy of your Grade 12 (or equivalent) diploma and transcript, together with a tuition deposit.

Confirm Study Arrangements
Foreign students who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents must obtain a Study Permit with their Visitor Visa from U.S. Immigration.

Please visit or write to your nearest U.S. Consulate to obtain the necessary information on obtaining a Study Permit or Visa, medical examinations, police checks, and financial requirements. You can visit the U.S. Immigration Web site for information on visiting and studying in the U.S.

Once your application is approved and your deposit has been received, a letter of acceptance and the tuition receipt will be returned to you.

U.S. Consulate Requirements
Take or mail the letter of acceptance to the nearest U.S. Consulate immediately and obtain a Study Permit and a Visa application and any other forms required to be completed. This will ensure that your Study Permit and Visa is issued in time for the proposed start date of training.
